EMPOWERING WOMEN THROUGH EDUCATION:

As women are considered to be the vulnerable population, we focus on enlightening the women in the rural areas with the Education. This is achieved through our staff by forming different groups within the people from the same area and stuffs them with basic education so as to stamp out illiteracy among them. We strive to put an end to early child marriages and female Infanticide.

AFFORD EDUCATION FOR THE POOR FEMALE CHILDREN:

Mostly people residing in the villages in India, have lot of Female children who dropped out from school after puberty, owing to our staff’s intervention in the areas we work by providing awareness to their families & by investigating whether they are staying back in the school& also maintaining good rapport with the teachers, the rate of drop outs has come down. We also assist them in paying their school fees especially for the people who are in the Below Poverty Line.

VOCATIONAL TRAINING FOR MEN & WOMEN:

We also Strengthen the skills of the People both in Rural and Urban areas to endow them to help themselves and economically healthy. We empower the people with the following trainings:

• Computer training
• Cell phone repairing
• Two and four wheeler mechanism
• Electrical wiring, home appliances repairing
• Tailoring
• Four wheeler driving.
• Horticulture Training.

The training will be given based on the on going and current opportunities and developing job sector. We will equip and provide training by getting External Resource; sometimes we also refer them to the places where they can get such trainings.

SOFT SKILLS TRAINING FOR THE RURAL STUDENTS:

We put our efforts to mould the people to compete with this world IT field is Sky Rocketing. We stuff the students and graduates in the rural areas with soft skills and spoken English training. Our staffs that are already trained will give spoken English training and we will get the external resource to provide soft skills training.

PUTTING EFFORTS TO DO AWAY WITH DOMESTIC VIOLENCE:

In the developing nation like India women who are falling as a prey to domestic violence is also increasing as par with the increase in the rate of educated women. According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics women are about six times as likely as men to experience intimate partner violence. In India, every two hours a "bride burning" occurs because the woman had a small dowry or so that her husband can remarry. In order to put an end to this “Burning issue" our staffs are conducting Brain storming & Group Discussion sessions among the men and women of the areas where we work, to collect the feedback on what are ways to prevent the domestic violence.

We will select one of the people among them and provide training on how to handle the issues of domestic violence so that they can manage if any problems arise hence forth in future. We also provide free legal aid with the help of an advocate to all the women in the areas we work so that they can be aware of the issues of domestic violence and also how to put off that.

 

CONDUCTING MEDICAL CAMPS & COUNSELLING:

We conduct medical camps and campaign for the public, we conduct Eye camps, with the help of Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital and we have made cataract surgery for the poor and aged persons, provided spectacles to the person who requires at free of cost, and also provided treatment for the persons who have vision problems at free of cost. We are also involved in encouraging the blood donation through blood camps and also increasing our linkages with youth team who are the regular blood donor and volunteers.

AWARENESS AND LIASION TO PROVIDE IMMUNIZATION FOR RURAL CHILDREN:

Immunization is important to protect baby from the diseases that can be fatal for them. It is important to follow the immunization schedule accurately. Our staff will give awareness on the importance of immunization to the infants and also recommend & remind them for providing all the vaccines for their children on time. Our staff members will give Guidelines on the Immunization Schedule for the infants as given by World Health Organization.

BENEFITING THE OLD AGED PERSONS WITH GOVERNMENT WELFARE SCHEMES:

Resources are there in our country yet they need to be tapped by a right person, in our country there are lot of welfare schemes for the goodness of the old aged persons, our staff will be updated with all the existing welfare schemes for the aged persons, they will enlighten the senior citizens with these information and also assist how to consume that & get benefit out of that.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION TO FORMULATE A GREEN GLOBE:

It has been observed that day-by-day the environment is being destroyed through various reasons and these reasons are also the cause of the highly increasing global warming issue. We strive hard to form a green globe and also to protect our world from destruction. We do the activities like.

• Providing awareness on the good eco system & its importance among school children, SHG members.
• Put efforts to eradicate the toxic plant named "Parthenium Hysterophorus weed" since as per the research:

"Scientists associated with the All India Co-coordinated Research Programme said the rapid growth of the Parthenium Hysterophorus weed had become a threat to the environment and biodiversity. It adversely affects the germination and growth of several crops. The pollen grains of Parthenium Hysterophorus, or congress grass or carrot grass in common parlance, cause several diseases like eczema, asthma and dermatitis and other fatal diseases".
