ACHIEVEMENTS
 | As we focus on strengthening the society with educated people, we concentrate on preventing the female children to be dropped out from school after puberty, we have provide intervention on that by paying their school fees, checking whether they stay in schools or not, and also providing awareness in their family about the importance of education. By doing that we have successfully reduced the rate of drop outs from schools in the areas of Kancheepuram and Thiruvallur District. |
| As we plan to form a good eco system, we have eradicated the growth of a toxic plant named, "Parthenium Hysterophorus weed” since as per the research: "Scientists associated with the All India Co-coordinated Research Programme said the rapid growth of the Parthenium Hysterophorus weed had become a threat to the environment and biodiversity. We have successfully eradicated the growth of that plant in the Shanmugapuram Area near Thiruvallur District. |
| We used to conduct lot of medical camps for all the age groups; we also conducted an Eye camp in the year 2004 & 2005 with the help of Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital through which we have helped more than 5000 persons. Among that 500 have been benefited from cataract surgery, for 2000 persons we have provided spectacles and others got treatment & consultation for the vision problem. |
| In the year 2004 when Tsunami affected the coastal districts of Tamilnadu, we have helped 500 families with basic amenities, food, clothes, even boat, fish nets and also moving cart. We have done that only with our own funds and it’s the biggest achievement of all. |
| We have been entitled with the tax Exemption form by the Government of India so that we can serve the society better and it benefits the person who are broad minded to give funds for the trust will be free from the tax charges. |
